This 3\-bedroom 2\-bathroom condo is located on the top floor and has a direct view of one of the two pools this complex has to offer\. There is also an incredibly rare sandy beach area\! There is a 12x30 boat slip available for rent\! This complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes away from all the exciting attractions the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer including go\-karts, mini\-golf, outlet shopping, and all the best lakefront bars and restaurants\! Kitchen and Dining Area The open\-concept kitchen features a drip coffee maker, K cup coffee maker, breakfast bar with seating for three, and all the basics for dining in\. There is a dining table with seating for four\. Living Room The living room features floor\-to\-ceiling windows for lots of natural light, a sofa, a loveseat, a recliner, an electric fireplace, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the lake view balcony\. Master Suite The master features a king\-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, a closet, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors for access to the balcony\. While there is no boat parking or launch at this complex, you can launch and store trailers at the state park marina for a small fee\. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government\-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check\.
