## Description
This recently built townhome features a three\-level interior, along with two private deck and patio spaces that allow residents to appreciate the verdant forest scenery\. The contemporary interior design exudes a sense of privacy, while being conveniently located just  3 ½ blocks from the main street in downtown\.
The primary level features a one\-car garage, an interior entryway that accommodates ample small outdoor equipment, including jackets, hats and boots\.  This level’s bedroom is furnished with a queen\-sized bed, a complete en\-suite bathroom and provides access to a private patio that boasts views of the forest and mountains\.
The main level of the townhome features a remarkably spacious open floor plan, with hardwood flooring throughout except for the bedrooms\.
The inviting living room is furnished for comfort, allowing one to appreciate the views, and includes a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a small private deck perfect for enjoying the mountain ambiance and equipped with a BBQ grill\.  The kitchen is well\-equipped with numerous cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a large island that provides additional storage as well as a breakfast bar for dining\.  A full sized washer and dryer are discreetly located in the large closet adjacent to the main kitchen\.  The second bedroom is equipped with a second king bed, offers access to the private deck and has a full bathroom located in the main hallway\. 
The primary bedroom offers enhanced privacy due to its placement on the third level of the townhome\.  It features a king\-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and an en\-suite bathroom equipped with a tiled shower enclosure and dual vanities\.
Unit amenities include a washer and dryer, no air conditioning, free Wi\-Fi, gas fireplace, and BBQ grill\.  Please note that there is  a ring camera at the front door and in the garage\.

This area provides convenient access hiking and biking trails directly from the townhome and this trail system was improved by the developers of Rendezvous and is now equipped with signage for both vacationers and full\-time residents\. Your lodging location is just minutes away from Winter Park Resort as well as the towns of Fraser and Winter Park, Colorado, making it very convenient for those with busy schedules\. 
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to the Homeowner Association rules\.  Any guests found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property will be subject to a 200 fine per day\.
