This pet friendly home at Broadkill Beach on the Delaware Bay is just under two blocks to the beach\. Enter on the ground level into a fun lounging and sleeping area for the kids \- complete with a bunk bed, trundle bed and a streaming TV\! Up the stairs to the second floor main living with a well\-appointed kitchen for food prep as well as the dining and living areas\. This floor also has a bedroom with a Queen bed as well as full bathroom\. The third floor has two additional bedrooms \- one with a Queen and the second with a Twin/Double bunk bed\. This floor also has a full bathroom\. An easy walk to the beach for days of sun and fun and then return to the house for dinner, relaxation or play games\. Included are decks for lounging, ample parking and an outdoor shower\. Renters must supply their own linens and towels\. You may OPT in for our convenient linen rental service\. 3 night minimum bookings all year long\. Dog Friendly with non\-refundable fee and signed addendum \(1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner\) Ask your agent for details\. Kayak and bikes available for guest use with signed addendum\.
