The water is warm and the sunsets are spectacular at this 1,900 square foot waterfront house\. It sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, two twin sleeper sofas and two bathrooms\. It also comes with a two\-car garage\.

Out on the lanai, the kids will play in the heated pool while you relax on a sun lounger looking out at the turquoise canal lined with palm trees\. Life is good and it’s about to get better\. The house comes with a gas grill so you can cook up a poolside barbeque and serve it on the family\-sized table on the shaded section of the lanai\.
