## Description
Welcome to this fun, cozy ski condo in Steamboat Springs\. Feel right at home in this casual 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ground floor condo at Shadow Run\. Warm up by the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain\. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a nice pre\-Adventure breakfast\. Relax on the patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air\. This is a great condo for 2 couples or a small family\.

Each bedroom has a Queen bed, the main bedroom also boasts an attached bathroom\. There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway\. Please note, there is not a sleeper sofa, this condo sleeps a maximum of 4 people\. There is a full size washer & dryer so you can pack light\. 

The neighborhood has a community pool \(summer only\) and hot tubs as well as a playground nearby\. Access the ski area easily by hopping on the free Steamboat City Bus just across the parking lot\. Speaking of parking, the condo is allowed 2 spaces in the parking lot\. Sorry, no pets per HOA rules\.
