The house has high\-speed wi\-fi, a game room, and a private pool for the perfect vacation\. Located at the condominium Windsor Cay Resort\. The Space: Windsor Cay Resort \- Stay in this beautiful five\-bedroom house with 5\.5 bathrooms, complete with high\-speed Wi\-Fi\. The house includes a main suite with a king\-sized bed on the first floor, on the second floor you will find two bedrooms with two twin\-sized beds, a bedroom with a queen\-sized bed and additional an bedroom with king\-size bed\. We provide 10 towels and a full laundry facility\. A Welcome Kit is included\. Although Windsor Cay's resort some area are currently under construction\. The house is located near Publix, Disney, Premium Outlets, and Universal Studios\. If you would like to add the pool heater, please let us know 48 hours before your stay for an additional fee\. \* Please be aware of Windsor Cay resort's parking policy: Vehicles must be registered upon arrival and only a maximum of 4 vehicles per house is permitted\. No other vehicle will be allowed in for that property once the limit is reached\. Vehicles parked on the incorrect side of the street will be tagged and must be moved within 24 hours\. POOL AND SPA HEATER\- POOL AND SPA HEATER \(if applicable\): The SPA is not a hot tub\. The SPA is connected to the pool and both are heated by the same system\. The pool heater is required to heat both areas and there is an additional fee\. Please note: Not all properties have a SPA\. This information applies only to homes that include a SPA feature\. The heater can take up to 24 to 48 hours to fully heat the water and will be turned on once the payment has been processed\. Please make sure to request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival\. The pool is heated to 86\~F\. For health and safety reasons, we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86\~F\. Just to clarify, the pool and SPA share the same water temperature since they operate on the same system\. We understand that “SPA” can sometimes be mistaken for a jacuzzi, but in this case, it is a warm water area without hydromassage jets\. Important Notes: •⁠ ⁠Reservations of 2 nights are not eligible for pool heater refunds, even in the event of any possible issue, due to the short duration of the stay\. •⁠ ⁠During periods of extreme cold temperatures \(approximately 32\~F–40\~F\), the pool heater will continue working to maintain the set temperature; however, the water may still feel colder\. This is due to external weather conditions and heat loss caused by low outdoor temperatures, on this circumstance the water temperature will only warm 20 degrees more than the outside temperature\. These weather\-related conditions are not considered a malfunction of the pool heater and therefore do not qualify for a refund\. IMPORTANT INFORMATION\- You must be 21 or older to book with us\. \- We love a good time, but parties aren't permitted\. \- Sorry, no pets allowed\. \- We kindly request that you do not smoke indoors\.
