The house is situated perfectly on a saltwater canal, just SECONDS from the river leading out to the Gulf of Mexico\. This home boasts sailboat access with no bridges and a 30 foot mooring area on the dock\. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features a large breakfast bar with four barstools, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen with a crockpot and ninja blender\. The dining area features a large table with seating for six with views out to the pool and canal\. Living Room The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, a large flatscreen TV, and two large sliding glass doors opening to the lanai\.
