## Description
The condo is located about 10 feet from the pool deck, which includes plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit, and shared BBQ grills\.  Inside the condo, you'll find a kitchen full of everything needed to cook your favorite meal\. 

The bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room\.  Additionally, there is a built\-in desk \(see pictures\) for those looking to work from home\. 

The building has an amazing 6000 sq ft  2\-story gym with plenty of cardio machines, a weight room, a spinning room, and a yoga room\.

Very dog\-friendly neighborhood\! There is an off\-leash dog park at the end of the block, a dog run behind the building, and all of Riverfront Park which is just half a block away\.

Coffee lovers will love the free, 24/7 coffee machines located a few steps from the condo \(3 machines \- espresso/cappuccino\)\.  This is available any time of the day for FREE\!
