Located in Reserves of Nassau\. This town home is very well appointed and designed for a relaxing weekend at the beach\. The first floor includes a sitting room that can be used for extra sleeping with a queen sleep sofa\. There is a spacious and open concept living, dining and kitchen area\. A great place for everyone to hang out while meals are being prepared\. Off of the living area is the access to the screened in porch and the open deck\. For your enjoyment there is a table and chairs in the porch with additional bench seating and on the deck there are two loungers to lay in the sun\. Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom and bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway\. Community perks include: an outdoor pool, located East of Coastal Highway, just minutes from downtown Lewes and the beaches\. The Georgetown\-Lewes bike trail is 1/10th mile away & offers off\-street biking to Cape Henlopen State Park\. Rehoboth and Dewey Beach & many other local attractions are just a short drive away\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $222\.50\.
