Just hop on the Gordon's Pond bike trail in the state park at nearby North Shores\.  Visiting the night life in Dewey?  Hop on the Jolly Trolley and you are there in minutes with no driving\!  You will love the gas fireplaces in the cooler seasons\. This home is available year round for full weeks during the summer season and either weekends or weeks in the off season\. WiFi, No Pets or smoking please\. Guests pay a $235\.00 cleaning fee for all stays\. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent\. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.
