This 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath end unit on the 2nd  floor is a quiet retreat with incredible views\. A wrap\-around deck with comfortable seating has amazing South Beach views of the Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island\. The living room and dining room are open and well\-appointed with a coastal living theme\.  The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with beautiful cabinets and tile\. Both bedrooms have a private bath and are spacious and comfortable with wonderful island views\.   The master bedroom has a private balcony with 2 rocking chairs\.  This villa is the perfect island retreat and only a few sandy steps to the beach\.

In addition to an on\-site swimming pool and resident grilling area, you are within walking distance to South Beach Marina Village, filled with endless recreation, dining, and shopping\.
