It’s like having your own private waterfront resort\. This 2,800 square foot home features two separate master suites\. The suite on the second floor opens up to a private balcony facing the water\. The home sleeps ten, with two king beds, one queen, two twins, a sleeper sofa and three and a half bathrooms\. Actually, it sleeps twelve if you count your dog and cat\. That’s right, this is one of the few island rentals that welcomes your pets\. It also comes with a two\-car garage\.

The spacious lanai overlooks a turquoise canal lined with palm trees\. After a refreshing swim in the heated pool, fire up the gas grill and use the outdoor kitchen to enjoy waterside dining at its finest on the shaded table cooled by an overhead fan\. You’ve even got a wall\-mounted outdoor television to entertain you as you savor a barbequed lunch\. Then, at the end of the day, the hot tub is your front row seat as the setting sun turns the sky brilliant orange\.

The exquisitely decorated interior is a paradise in its own right\. Sunlight streams through arched windows, brightening the coral\-hued tile\. Modern furnishings are complemented by colorful tropical artwork\. In the living room, cozy sofas face a wall of windows, giving you a panoramic view of the palm trees against a blue\-sky backdrop\.
