Direct sliding door access makes it simple to pass ice cold drinks and ingredients out to the barbeque chef manning the gas grill\.

The interior is every bit as mesmerizing\. Sun floods and brightens spacious rooms of sand\-colored tile and carpeting\. Sliding glass doors give you a constant backdrop of the waterway surrounding your private oasis\. Comfy and stylish furnishings and oceanic sculptures, paintings, and décor mix perfectly together to produce a serene seaside feel\. As this is a family\-friendly house, it comes with its own games\.
