## Description
As you enter this first floor villa you will be greeted by the new wood floors throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas\.  

The Kitchen comes fully\-equipped making your cooking experience just like home\.  The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and real hardwood cabinets\.  Just off the Kitchen is the half bath, making it convenient for your visitors\.  The Living Room features comfortable contemporary furniture, flat screen TV and access to your private patio\.  The Dining Area seats four and features a unique tile top table\.  

The Primary Bedroom has a large King bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en\-suite Primary Bathroom for your convenience\.  The Primary Bathroom features an updated tile top vanity and tiled walk\-in shower\.  

Outside you'll find your patio with plenty of seating while being tucked away making it very private\.  The Beach is easily accessible by just a few minute drive or by calling the Dunes Buggy Shuttle, a seasonal on\-demand shuttle service provided at no charge\. 

This vacation rental is pet\-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge\. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30\. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds\. Other restrictions may apply\.
