The views from this lovely three\-bedroom three bath, second floor condo are the first thing you will notice when you walk through the doors\. Overlooking a peaceful lagoon and golf course, this is the perfect place to spend your next golf getaway or family vacation\! 

The large kitchen has been nicely updated with a ton of counter space, updated appliances and a large laundry area\. The bar will seat three\. The kitchen overlooks the large living room and dining room\. The dining room seat six plus has a fun bar area with seating for two\. The living room features a large screen smart TV, cozy section couch and a couple of nice reading chairs\.  From the living room there is a sliding glass door leading to a large balcony with gorgeous golf course and lagoon views\. 

The three bedrooms are in a separate side of the condo\.  The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared hall bath with a standing shower\. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo\. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, slider to the balcony and a large private bath with double vanity, large soaker tub and a separate walk in shower\. 

Colonnade Club is an easy bike to Shipyard's private beach access\. There is also a lovely community pool\.
