## Description
Welcome to Bella Vista On Lake Winnipesaukee\. This waterfront home boasts a main level open floor plan featuring a formal dining area with a farmer's table and spacious living room and kitchen\. There is an additional seating area with a round glass table, providing a breathtaking view of the lake\. Slider doors off the main living area open to a deck, creating the perfect space for outdoor dining and seating to fully appreciate the scenic views the property offers\.

The main level bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and there is a convenient half bath on this level\. Upstairs are three bedrooms, all equipped with queen\-size beds\. One of these bedrooms also includes a toddler bed\. A full bath is centrally located on the second floor\.  A large balcony on the second level has seating to enjoy the night sky or the sun\! \(We ask children and pets do not go on the second floor balcony\.\)

The lower level houses an additional living space, complete with four twin beds\. There is a bathroom on this level, and the patio area can be easily accessed through the slider doors\. Outside is a large dock to enjoy everything Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer\!\!  The dock can accommodate up to a 23’ boat\.  
Parking is available for four vehicles\.  

Note: Boats cannot be left at the dock overnight\. Mooring can be used especially if bad weather predicted\.
