This comfortable, well equipped old fashioned summer cottage sits on a beautiful sandy beach\.  There is a small dock for loading and unloading from a boat and a mooring for your use\.  The boat launch at Nason's beach is nearby for easy access\.  With comfortable bed sleeping for up to 10 people in four bedrooms including a first floor bedrrom \(one of the upstairs bedrooms is a pass through bedroom\) there's room for everyone\.  Cottage has two bathrooms, washer/dryer, big screen porch\.  Two separate living areas make it a great spot for families\. Short walk to a general store with food counter and bakery\.  Fantastic open lake views\. TENANT MUST BRING OWN DRINKING WATER\. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE\.Waterfront/Lot Description:  Cottage is located on a nice, level lot  with a  beautiful sandy beach\.  Gradual, safe swimming for children\. New large dock, great for sitting on and watching the kids swim, Plus a  mooring\.
