## Description
Enjoy a week at the beach in this very nicely decorated, three bedroom, three and half bath town home, located only one and a half mile from the beach and east of Route 1\. When you are not at the beach, enjoy the large Community Pool and Fitness Center\. This three level unit offers all the amenities you will need to grill outside and two dining areas to serve amazing dinners\! The screened in porch offers a relaxing lounge area perfect for refreshments after the beach\. The home has Wireless Internet, flat screen TVs, two parking spaces in front of the unit and a parking space in the garage\. Enjoy a short bike ride, a leisurely stroll, or the DART Beach Bus, only a block away, as easy alternatives to driving to the beach and boardwalk\. A code provides private access to the Breakwater Trail, a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth and Lewes\. No Pets\.
Guests pay a $175\.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\.\) Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
