This rental is available for 30\+ days at a time\! 

Great single level home, newly furnished with office, fenced yard and storage shed\.  Perfect location on the SW side, close to Old Mill and easy access to the parkway\. Enjoy the comfortable living area, work from the full size office or relax on the patio that is setup for entertaining\.  The Old Mill is just a short distance away with access to the river, restaurants and shops\! 

Bedding Configuration:
Main bedroom: King w/ ensuite bathroom
2nd Bedroom: Queen
3rd Bedroom: 2 twins 

The home is dog friendly \(2 dog max\) and the pet fee is $40/day \(Max $250\)\. 

Cancellation Policy: A non\-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking\. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made\. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking\. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty\. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty \(30\) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty \(30\) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking\. For reservations that are at least thirty \(30\) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty \(60\) days prior to the arrival date\. We do offer travel insurance\.
