The Patterson building is an antique building of Knoxville's expansive industrial era and holds loads of historical character of Knoxville's glory days\. This studio is located on the 1st floor of the building with easy access right in the middle of the Old North Knox district\.

Serving as a perfect spot for business trips or a couples getaway, guests have ample space for working, dining, and cooking with the well thought out layout of maximizing this space with everything needed for a successful stay\.
