Welcome to this contemporary and wonderfully appointed 2 bedroom townhouse in the Sloan's Lake neighborhood\. The house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and there is one garage parking space big enough for a sedan\. The home has a fantastic location and is walking distance to Sloan's Lake, Mile High Stadium \(home of the Broncos\), and Jefferson Park\. There is a private roof deck that is perfect for enjoying Denver's sunny days and pleasant nights\. This home is ideal for families or friends\.

The Space:
This two bedroom townhouse accommodates up to four guests and has a contemporary design and fantastic layout\. The entrance to the house has a mudroom and area for shoes and outerwear\. There is an entrance to the attached garage, which is large enough for a sedan, on the first floor\. The second floor of the house is an open concept that is made up of the kitchen, dining room, and living room\. The kitchen is recently remodeled and has stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals\. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything guests need to prepare a meal at home\. There is a dining table with plenty of seating for 4 guests\. The living room is just off of the kitchen and has a beautiful gas fireplace, a mounted TV, and a comfortable sectional sofa\. Lastly, this floor has a half bathroom\. 

The third floor of the house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms\. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a large walk\-in shower\. The guest bedroom has a queen bed\. The second bathroom on this floor has a shower/tub and is located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom\. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer on this floor\. The fourth floor of the house is a fantastic roof deck with great city views\. The roof deck has outdoor furniture and a BBQ and is a great space for enjoying the sunny days and pleasant evenings that Denver is known for\. The roof deck provides an outdoor living space that is highly sought after in Denver\. A major bonus is this amazing condo is pet friendly\.

Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire house, private roof deck, and garage\. The garage spot can fit up to a small SUV\. If guest's vehicle does not fit, they will have to park on the street\. Please be aware of street signs\.

Neighborhood:
Sloan's Lake is one of the more popular neighborhoods in Denver\. Sloan's Lake has a biking and running track that is approximately 2\.5 miles long and is always popular on nice days\. Mile High Stadium, the home of the Denver Broncos, is another attraction that makes the neighborhood so vibrant\. Both Sloan's Lake and Mile High Stadium are 0\.4 miles from the house and very walkable on nice days\. Sloan's Lake is also easily accessible to other nearby neighborhoods including Lower Downtown \(LoDo\), Jefferson Park, Lower Highlands \(LoHi\), Berkeley, and West Highlands\.

Transit:
Many of the nearby attractions are within walking distance\. Shared bikes and scooters are very popular and can be found throughout the neighborhood on apps like Bird, Lyft and Lime\. There are plenty of Uber/Lyfts in the neighborhood as well\.

Additional Notes:
PET FRIENDLY \- We welcome dogs but do have a $150 fee per stay\.

The garage is not very big and will only fit a sedan\. Larger SUVs and trucks will not fit and will need to park on the street\.

There is a camera facing the entry door for additional security
