The Space: This two bedroom townhouse accommodates up to four guests and has a contemporary design and fantastic layout\. The entrance to the house has a mudroom and area for shoes and outerwear\. There is an entrance to the attached garage, which is large enough for a sedan, on the first floor\. The second floor of the house is an open concept that is made up of the kitchen, dining room, and living room\. The kitchen is recently remodeled and has stainless steel appliances, a large island with seating, and plenty of counter space for preparing meals\. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything guests need to prepare a meal at home\. There is a dining table with plenty of seating for 4 guests\. The living room is just off of the kitchen and has a beautiful gas fireplace, a mounted TV, and a comfortable sectional sofa\. Lastly, this floor has a half bathroom\. The third floor of the house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms\. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a large walk\-in shower\. The guest bedroom has a queen bed\. The second bathroom on this floor has a shower/tub and is located in the hallway next to the guest bedroom\. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer on this floor\. The fourth floor of the house is a fantastic roof deck with great city views\.
