Enjoy Miami weather in this spacious apartment located on the 3rd floor near the beach with free parking\.  Relax with the whole family with this fully equipped apartment on your vacations\. 

2 bedroom with two full bathroom apartment with a King bed on main bedroom, queen bed on second bedroom and a sofa bed in living room\.

Apartment equipped with two full bathroom, two spacious bedrooms with bathrooms and plenty of storage space\. Fully equipped kitchen, wifi, smart tv's and shared washer&dryer outside the apartment\.

We only take 1\-week minimum stay reservations\. Ideal apartment for a family trip\. We are really strict with a non\-smoking environment in the apartment and balcony and we do not allow loud noises after 10:00 pm\. 
Pets are not allowed at the building\.
There's free parking on the premises, we will provide you with the parking number for the unit, no valet parking\.

We will send you check\-in instructions over Airbnb messages, so please keep an eye on Airbnb inbox\.

A late arrival to the apartment after 10 pm, will have an extra cost of $50 USD\.
