## Description
HILTON HEAD\. This charming home is located on the beautiful 11 mile lagoon with incredible views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course\.

Upon entry of this ranch style home is a living area with a sofa, love seat, large flat screen TV, DVD player, and sliders to the pool area\. There is a game table for four, sleeper sofa and a desk off of the living area\. The dining room has a large wooden table that seats 6 and a decorative fireplace\. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find great lagoon and golf views and sliders to the pool area\. 

The first bedroom is located off of the dining room and has a king bed, TV, and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the second bedroom that also has a king bed and a TV\. There is an additional bathroom in the hallway with a shower and vanity\. The third bedroom is located off of the foyer and has a king bed with a TV and uses a second hallway bathroom\. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and will use the hallway bathroom\. The master bedroom has a king bed, TV, great lagoon views and a private bathroom with a shower, jetted tub and double vanity\.

The patio area has a large dining table and a comfy sectional couch under roof cover and plenty of pool lounge chairs\. The pool overlooks the lagoon and the golf course which makes the perfect setting for relaxation\.
