Approximately 1\.5 miles to both Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach, this location screams convenience for anyone looking to do it all at the beaches\. From this rental home, guests can easily head north to explore the quaint beach town of Lewes, hop across the highway to Downtown Rehoboth Avenue, or make the short trip across the canal to Dewey Beach\. Inside, vacationers are treated to an immaculately kept town\-home with space for everyone\. Family and friends will love gathering to socialize in the spacious family area, which leads into the dining area and modern kitchen\. To top it all off, guests will love spending the summer nights on the screened\-in porch which is located off the living area\. All three bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found on the upper level\. Rental guests are also treated to all three community pools and the tennis courts in this amenity\-rich community\.
