## Description
This newly renovated cottage  offers 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and multiple living areas inside and out\.  The house is conveniently located on the beach path and a short walk will bring you to one of the most pristine and quiet beaches on Hilton Head\.  The home’s location in Forest Beach, is close to many of the most popular restaurants, shops and commerce on Hilton Head Island and is also next to the renowned Sea Pines Resort\.  A large new, custom pool offers a tanning ledge with bubbler feature and a 6 person hot tub\.\*    

Backyard outdoor living also includes a patio and \(artificial\) poolside grass for lounging\.  A large screened\-in porch provides a flatscreen Smart TV,  fans, outdoor curtains, comfortable deep seating and a large drop leaf table for alfresco dining or game night\.
