The second floor has an open living, kitchen and dining area that provides access out to the waterfront deck\. This is a perfect spot for family to gather and enjoy your time together\. If the beach is not your favorite place to sunbathe, step right over to the pool\! The owner also provides bed and bath linens\. Did I mention the home is pet friendly, dog only please\. What more could you want? This is a non smoking home, no smoking on the property and this includes the decks\. Pet friendly with a $325 non refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only\. 

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\.
