Upon entry you are welcomed by a grand living space\. The living room, dining room and kitchen all blend together to make a lovely open plan, perfect for your large family gatherings\. The Master Bedroom is located on the first floor, in its own private wing\. This room features a king bed, TV, picture windows overlooking the pool and yard, and a private bathroom with a double vanity, extra large walk in shower, and soaker tub\. 

There are 12 steps up to a large bedroom with 2 full beds, a queen bed, a twin daybed with trundle, couch and a wall\-mounted TV\. There is also a private bathroom\. The kids will be thrilled with this room\! 

There are 7 steps up to the top floor with 3 additional bedrooms\.  The first bedroom is the second master featuring a king size bed, TV, private bath with double vanity and a large walk in shower\. The next bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath with walk in shower\. The third bedroom on this level has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, TV and a private bath with a shower/tub combo\.

The outdoor space at this property is a real shining star\! The huge lagoon shape pool will get plenty of sun throughout the day\. There are several seating areas to accommodate everyone, with an outdoor living space under the pergola, plenty of lounge chairs and the large screen porch overlooking the pool\. There is also a large private outdoor shower to wash the sand away\. The large private yard space really sets this home apart from other properties in Palmetto Dunes\. There is space for the kids to run around or set up a game of bocce or cornhole\. The beach path is just across the street from the house, making this an ideal location for easy access\.
