Overlooking the Rehoboth\-Lewes Canal, this 3 BR, 2 1/2 BA home which sleeps 8, is the perfect landing spot "in\-town" Rehoboth Beach\.  You can even bring your dog with a signed pet addendum and pet fee\! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply\. Walk to the beach and the fabulous restaurants and shops in town\.  Don't feel like walking?  The owners have graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for use on non\-metered parking spots\!  On the occasional cloudy or rainy day, you can "binge\-watch" your current show on one of the 4 smart TVs throughout the home\. \(They are also hooked to cable\!\)   Owner even supplies a few beach chairs\! Book now while there are still prime weeks available\!
Guests pay a $150\.00 cleaning fee for every stay\.  Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards \(subject to a 2\.75% Convenience Fee\)\.  We also accept E\-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.
