Spacious 3 \+ bedroom, 2 bath wonderfully refurbished two story home in Rio Del Mar\.  Short, flat walk to the beach in just 3\-4 minutes\. First level has two bedroom, full bath, bonus room with two twins and kitchenette/laundry area\. Great wrap around deck on first level with plenty of outdoor seating\. Second level has primary bedroom with king bed and private deck, living room, dining and kitchen\. Walking distance to coffee, deli, bistro and restaurants\.  Centrally located to take in all the sites of Santa Cruz and Monterey\. Great location for a golf weekend or a day of wine tasting\. There are multiple 18 hole golf courses within a 5 mile radius as well as a multitude of local wineries\. Pebble Beach golf course is a 45 min drive along the beautiful Monterey coast\. 
Dogs under 35 pounds may be considered\.  Must agree to pet policies and pay a pet rent fee of $200 per stay
