This spacious and attractive residence provides breathtaking mountain vistas and an excellent rental option for tranquility, capable of accommodating 6 individuals and welcoming pets\.

Access to the private patio from the living area includes a BBQ grill and leads to an open space with a pond, perfect for reflecting on the day's adventures\.  
The dining area features a cozy alcove near the kitchen with seating for 6, and an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar\.  The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom wood cabinets, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring\.  Next to the kitchen, the entrance provides ample room for jackets, shoes and outdoor gear\.  The full laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer\.
The upper floor of the residence comprises three bedrooms\. The primary suite features a king\-sized bed, a television, an en\-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk\-in shower, and spacious soaking bathtub\.
