Perfect vacation home for those who seek peace and tranquility yet wants to be close to all Rehoboth Beach\!  Loads of extras like finished ground floor basement area with large TV \+ a Firestick, a 65" smart TV in the living room, wireless internet, modern kitchen with a spacious, brand new breakfast area  \. \. \. and the owner supplies 6 bicycles too\! \(number & condition not guaranteed\.\)   VRBO USERS: Please note that there is a separate VRBO booking fee paid by the guest\.  Linens and Travel Insurance OPTIONAL\. No Pets\. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\.
