Newly renovated condo in central location on Isle of Palms\. 204A Oceanside provides easy access to the Island's main strip including a variety of restaurants, live music, local shops, and the county park\. Just a short walk to the beach and private fishing pier\. Relax and swim at the community pool\. Lounge with a cool beverage on your private second floor balcony\.

The property has just been recently updated with all new furniture and fully renovated bathrooms\. Well stocked kitchen and a space for dining\. The primary bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk\-in shower\. The guest bedroom has 1 full and 1 queen\. Additional bathroom is located in the hallway\. Both bedrooms have TVs\. 

Oceanside Villas are the closest complex to the IOP connector, which allows for easy on and off access from Isle of Palms\. Only a quick 5 minute drive to Mount Pleasant or 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston\. These nearby locations offer great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, historic sites, and more\!
