With accommodations for eight people and pool and hot tub access, you'll never want to leave\! The living room boasts floor to ceiling windows which allow for excess light to get in\. You'll find two comfy couches perched in front of the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV\. The bar height game table doubles as an extra dining area and sits in front of the living room windows, great for taking in the scenery\. Off of the living room, is a private patio featuring a seating to enjoy the fresh mountain air\. The open floor plan between the kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining\. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, updated cabinets and granite counter tops\. The dining area is situated next to the stone rock wall of the fireplace and has a dining table that seats six with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar\.The primary suite features a king sized bed, private patio entrance, and an updated en suite bathroom\. The guest bedroom has an attached bathroom that is shared with the living area and has a stacked washer and dryer in the closet\. This room has a large wood\-framed double over queen bunk bed and ample storage space\. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests\.The Pines is an amenity rich building with the largest indoor pool in Keystone, two 14 person hot tubs, and a sauna\! Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning \($1,000 for a house party, see below\)\. If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non\-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non\-compliance fines\. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by Property Manager, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay\. If there is a party in this condo \(as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction\) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean\-up and replacement for damaged items\.
