Madeira Norte \#208 \- Beginning May 4, 2026, the pool will be shut down for approximately a month while the pool is being resurfaced\. Call today to inquire about potential discounts on affected nights\.

Updated, charming, 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bath located steps from the beach and across from popular John's Pass Village offers great value\!\. This 940 square foot property has an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games\. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use\. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean and swimming pool view\. Free Wifi\. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking\.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed\.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television\. The second guest room offers one full size and one twin bed and plenty of space provided for your belongings\. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of guests\.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property\. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company\. 

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo\. 

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes\. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person\. This is a non smoking home\.
