Located in the lovely community of Harmon Bay on Country Club Road, just 2\.5 miles to Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, this 4 BR home offers an open floor plan with two living areas and two master bedrooms \- one on the first floor and one on the second floor\. Enjoy sitting on the open front porch, hang out and have dinner on the back deck, or take a dip in the fabulous community pool\. There are three parking spaces in the driveway and Wireless Internet provided\. So close to everything too\.\.\. approx\. 1 mile to the Park n' Ride, 1\.5 miles to outlet shopping, Jungle Jim's amusement park and other area attractions\. No Pets, No Smoking\.
Guest pays $180\.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.
