Great views of the ocean with easy beach access\. Open floor plan, all new maple cabinets with quality appliances, custom draperies, tile and slate floors\. Living room and master bedroom has 40in HD TV\. Beautifully furnished throughout\. Reverse floor plan has living, kitchen, master bedroom and 1/2 bath plus laundry on second floor\. Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bath, additional sleeping and a two car garage along with the backyard\. For beach access you can just walk across the street to parking lot where the staircase is located\.
