Such a perfect home for a beach vacation\! The cottage has recently been remodeled and has a modern and relaxing coastal theme\. There is a roomy living area along with an eat in kitchen and front porch\. This cottage is surprisingly spacious with ample seating in all rooms\! The back yard is fenced in and there is a rear deck with a picnic table to enjoy outside entertaining\. This home is located down a quiet street just outside of Dewey and Rehoboth Beach, a mere \.4 miles to the beach, approximately a 4 block walk\. There is parking at the home for 3 cars\.

The home is pet friendly with a $250 non refundable pet fee, per pet\. Dogs Only\.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $177\.50\.

2 Night Stays\- January through May and October through December 

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\.
