## Description
This designer decorated town house is a real stunner\. This unit was completely remodeled and is a popular favorite for Island getaway clients\.

The bright entryway leads to the main floor living room\. The living room features a cozy sectional, reading chair, a large flat screen TV and a sliding glass door leading to the balcony overlooking the gorgeous Fazio Golf Course\. The balcony has outside dining for four\. The bright dining room has a large table seating six and flows nicely into the kitchen\. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with stone counter tops, upgraded stainless steel appliances and additional seating at the bar\. This bright and welcoming open floor plan is the perfect place to rest at the end of a long day lounging at the beach or hitting some of the best golf courses in the country\. The first of three bedrooms is located off the main living area\. This guest room has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, lots of natural light and shares the gorgeous hall bathroom with a walk in shower\.

The two additional bedrooms are on the second floor\. The first guest room has two twin beds, bright and light decor and a private bathroom with a bath tub, perfect for the kids\. The master bedroom is also on the second floor\. This room features huge vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a sitting area perfect for your morning coffee, flat screen TV, and a private bath with a large walk in shower\.
