Located less than half a block to the ocean on Maryland Avenue, this one level, ground floor unit offers a spacious screened porch on the front, open floor plan for living room, dining area and kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms\.   Two baths are available \- one in the hallway with a tub and shower\.  The second is in the master bedroom with shower\. Wireless Internet and one assigned parking space provided and two Rehoboth Beach Permits\. This is the perfect property to rent if you would like to park your car for the week and not move it\!  Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, Funland and more\!  No Pets and No smoking\.
Guests pay $120 Cleaning Fee for stays under 7 nights\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.
