WONDERFUL SOUTH REHOBOTH PROPERTY\.  Lovely home is perfect for the family looking for modern amenities in a beach house\! Enter the home and you are welcomed with an open floor plan with comfortable furnishings, a large dining room table for family meals or playing cards, open kitchen area with everything you need\!  There are two bedrooms on the main level \- one has a queen sized bed and TV and the other one has two twin beds and a TV\.  There is a full bath in between the two bedrooms that offers a large shower\.  Walk up one flight of steps to the second floor which offers two more spacious bedrooms\.  One has a queen sized bed with TV and the other has two twin beds with two twin trundles and a TV\.  There is a full bath in between the bedrooms that offers a large tub plus a separate shower\. Enjoy your morning coffee on the well furnished screened porch\.  There is also a hot and cold enclosed outside shower for rinsing off upon your return from the beach\.  This home is very popular and weeks won't last long\!  Guest pays $170\.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. No Pets or Smoking Please\.
