•This home is pet\-friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day \(with a $250 maximum per stay\)\. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet\.

For extended stays, a mid\-stay inspection is required every 30 days\. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection\. Mid\-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense\. 

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1\.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies\.
