The elevated view delivers one of the best beach and lower Rio Del Mar areal views available\.  Entry level has living area, dining area, kitchen, large deck, 1 room with a queen and 1 with two twins and a full bath with walk in shower\. Perfect for those who cannot use stairs easily\. Downstairs offers the master bedroom with a king, a guest bedroom with 2 full beds and 1\.5 baths\. Gas barbecue offered on ocean view deck\. Partial ocean view from lower rooms\.
