Simply adorable family beach home, just one block from beach access\. Lovingly remodeled and features a beach theme, with coastal style and colors\. The living room includes two sofas, one of which is a Queen hide\-a\-bed, a flat screen TV, and cable TV service\.  From there, the sliding glass door opens up to the back deck with a charming backyard\. You will enjoy the fire pit \(sometimes off limits during fire season\) and outdoor furniture in the quiet secluded space\.  There is also a BBQ available in the garage\.
The master bedroom offers a comfy King Bed and flat screen TV\.  Adjacent to the master bedroom, you'll find a full bathroom with shower and a washer and dryer\. The dining area and kitchen are fully remodeled, and have a light and airy feel\. Off the kitchen you'll find a cute half bath, and just beyond is the second bedroom with a Queen Murphy bed\.  There are two parking spots available; one in the garage, and one in the driveway\. Enjoy\!
