With a large yard for children to play, this home also offers a nice screened porch, open floor plan on the first floor and each room has its own TV, even on the screened porch\.\.\. 9 TVs\!\! Take a short stroll to the beach, boardwalk, downtown Rehoboth restaurants and shops, and nearby community playground located on the fourth block of Stockley Street in front of Silver Lake\. WiFi and two parking spaces in driveway provided\. If you have an extra large family, rent the house right next door too \- 702 Scarborough Avenue\! No smoking, No pets\.
Guests pay $150\.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.
