Situated on the first fairway of the Seaside Golf Course with views of the southern mountains\.  Gourmet kitchen, granite counters, cherry cabinets\.  Perfect living area with large living room, gas fireplace, dining room, gas BBQ and large deck with hot tub and Plexi\-glass windbreak to view the golf course\. Living room has flat screen TV with expanded cable package including music channels\.   Master bedroom with King Bed is on the main floor with cable TV/DVD\.  Master bathroom has shower, plus separate large bath\.  The half bath and laundry room are on the main floor as well\.  Upstairs you will find both 2nd and 3rd bedrooms\.  2nd bedroom has a King bed plus a twin day bed with flat screen TV\.  3rd bedroom has Queen and 2 twin beds\. The 2nd full bathroom is also upstairs and is a tub/shower combo\.  2 Pets OK with permission and  $75 non\-refundable pet fee\.     The house is fully fenced\.   Sleeps 9 maximum with parking for 3 cars\. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY\.
