With a total of two stories, 24 Delaware Avenue welcomes guests with an open living and dining area adjacent to its spacious kitchen\. Completing the first floor are two bedrooms that share one of the bathrooms\. Upstairs on the second story, guests find the remaining bedrooms and second bathroom\. On the front of the home, guests are treated to a large screen porch\. Here, ocean breezes blow through to complete the feel of really being at the beach, while providing an outdoor space to watch the world go by\. This is off\-street parking for four cars; no large or oversized vehicles\- max size of 198 inches or less per vehicle\. This is a non\-smoking unit\. Pets are not permitted\.
