## Description
Our 2,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom \(each with attached bathrooms\) residence sits on 3 acres and is located 10 miles \(less then 15 minutes\) north of downtown and 15 miles \(15 minutes\) south of Purgatory Ski area\. The location offers privacy and seclusion but yet is just a short drive to downtown as well as Purgatory\. Dalton Ranch and the newly renovated Durango Hot Springs are less then 3 miles from the residence\. 

The home features a fantastic outdoor covered living space with a gas BBQ grill that offers amazing views of the Hermosa Cliffs\.

All 3 master suites are located off the main living space/kitchen while the 4th bedroom \(bunk bed room\) is located downstairs and features a TV and couch and functions as a 2nd living space\.  There is a garage with one space for a vehicle \(or sports gear\) and plenty of additional parking in the driveway\.
