## Description
This new construction end unit townhome in the Marina Bay community of the Peninsula is bright and airy with an open floor plan\.  The first floor with the main living room \(with a 65 inch flat\-screen TV\), dining and kitchen also has a half bath\.  You will all find a first floor master bedroom with an en\-suite bathroom\.  The second floor has a large family room with an additional TV for relaxing\.  There are another three bedrooms on this floor two of which share a Jack and Jill bathroom\.  The sleeping for the townhome totals ten with an additional sleeper sofa\. Off of the living room on the first floor you will find a paved patio with outdoor furniture for relaxation that overlooks a pond\.  The Peninsula boasts an array of first class amenities including three pools \(a family wave pool, an adult\-only infinity pool and an indoor pool for all\)\. Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and available spa facilities are just a short walk from your unit\. In addition, there are miles of biking and hiking trails, a private sandy bay beach and a fishing pier\. All of this within a short drive to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey beaches\. 

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate\. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote\.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.

This property does not allow pets\.

Peninsula rules allow for 3 cars maximum\.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
