This elegant Evian villa, located in the heart of Shipyard, offers a perfect Hilton Head getaway with beautiful lagoon and golf views from the back deck\. Surrounded by classic southern foliage, including live oaks and Spanish moss, the outdoor space provides a peaceful backdrop for relaxing or entertaining\. Inside, the villa features an open floorplan with a spacious living area centered around a stately fireplace, complemented by a fully updated kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and stainless steel appliances\. The dining area seats six, creating a welcoming space for family meals and gatherings\.

The villa accommodates up to six guests with one king bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa\. The primary bedroom includes a flat\-screen TV, king bed, and ensuite bathroom with a walk\-in shower, while the guest bedroom also features a flat\-screen TV and two twin beds\. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a convenient washer and dryer in the hallway provide added comfort and convenience\.

Evian is a private, serene community featuring its own pond, community pool, and tennis courts\. Guests can enjoy four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs, making it easy to explore Shipyard or take a short ride to the Shipyard Beach Club\.
