## Description
This former model is fully equipped and decorated to the nines\. Start your vacation off right with in this Peninsula beauty\.  The lower level has a family room, bedroom and private bathroom\. The main floor has a wide open living area just off of the kitchen\. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with extra seating at the kitchen bar\. An open deck off of the living area affords wonderful views\. This floor also features a magnificent master bedroom and full bathroom\. A screened porch is accessible from the master bedroom and dining area\. Keurig Coffee Maker\.  The upper level has another sitting area with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms\.  Close to the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located \- indoor/outdoor and wave pools, restaurant, fitness center, tennis, hot tubs, spa and golf\. Perfect home for a large group of family and friends or just a few of you\! 

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate\. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote\.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.  

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars\.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
